SITE VISIT: BEFORE
We took this image during our initial visit to keep a record of the original finish to the units when kitchen respraying.
DOORS OFF PREP BEGINS
The unit doors and drawer fronts are removed and taken offsite for kitchen respraying. Here’s what we need to know
CABINET EDGES SPRAYED
All areas are prepped and covered, ready for the kitchen respraying. Once the respraying is complete, the tape and paper are removed.
ALL DONE!
Once the doors and drawer fronts are ready, they are reinstalled along with the handles and new look is complete. Gorgeous!!!

We use this product for the resons above. |
| Laminate (HPL) | 10/10 | 4/10 | High pressure laminate, as for new kitchens only, vast choice of colours textures and affects, made for the modern world plastic coverd mdf bord or chip fiber bord for mass production aplications. the glue degrades and the laminate peels of the surface. |
| Matt Lacquer | 4/10 | 6/10 | Sprayed paint surface with higher quality finish than vinyl. MDF core. |
| Hi Gloss Lacquer | 6/10 | Ranging from 4/10 to 10/10 | Apart from glass, highest quality and hardest wearing gloss finish. Not so expensive as it used to be thanks to massed produced Italian doors but unusual colours will cost a lot. |

Our paint product is NOT over-the-counter DIY quality. It is industrial factory specification for the spray painting of kitchens.
This product meets the requirements of FIRA 6250 British Standards, for severe use for resistance of abrasion, boiling water and steam, dry heat, spirit solutions, bacterial resistance, household chemicals, cleaner’s chip and impact resistance.
